Academic health sciences libraries are integral to medical education, yet the specific resources they offer for board exam preparation (prep) within colleges of osteopathic medicine (COM) programs are not fully understood. This study addresses the gap through survey and focus group analyses, providing trends in resource availability and usage, informing strategic planning for libraries, medical school administration, and library science education, ultimately enhancing student outcomes.
