Abstract
The development of a Saphenous Vein Graft (SVG) pseudoaneurysm is a rare complication of coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery. Patients may present to the emergency department with symptoms of coronary artery disease weeks to years after CABG surgery. We present a case of a 73-year-old male with a history of prior CABG surgery that presented to the Emergency Department (ED) with angina, tachycardia, dyspnea, associated headache, and light-headedness and was later found to have SVG pseudoaneurysm compressing the Pulmonary Artery (PA). The pseudoaneurysm was successfully closed through a percutaneous procedure using an Amplatzer closure device. The patient was then followed up and is progressing well.
