Abstract
This study assessed the impact of treating Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) with positive airway pressure (PAP) on the risk of postoperative complications. It used data on PAP adherence collected from a large, integrated healthcare system database to compare postoperative outcomes between adherent and non-adherent patients.
