Abstract
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), a potential bystander was present in approximately 43% of opioid overdose deaths in 2023.
Purpose
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the CHSU-COM Overdose Prevention Committee (OPC)’s student-facilitated training
• Assess whether baseline opioid overdose preparedness knowledge varied across demographic groups
